What is the minimum stay?
Stays begin at 15 days.
What is included in the full-month rate?
The residence is fully furnished and includes utilities, Wi-Fi, linens, towels, garage parking, and the listed household amenities.
What are the rates?
The published half-month rate is $4,750 for 15 days, and the full-month rate is $8,500. Your quote will reflect your requested dates.
Is my stay confirmed when I submit the request form?
No. The form begins an inquiry. Every stay is personally reviewed and confirmed separately.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment may be made by business check, cashier’s check, credit card, ACH transfer, or wire transfer. Personal checks are not accepted.
How many people can stay in the residence?
The standard setup accommodates up to four overnight guests. Up to six may be accommodated when the upper-level sleeping arrangement is prepared and approved in advance.
Can I have visitors or overnight guests?
Yes, within the agreed occupancy limits and applicable building and noise rules.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are permitted. Assistance-animal requests are handled under applicable law.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the residence, balconies, rooftop terrace, hallways, elevator, or garage.
Is the rooftop terrace private?
Yes. The rooftop terrace is private to the tenants of this unit only, with a maximum of eight people at one time. Local sound ordinances apply. Nothing may be thrown from the terrace.
Are cleaning and catering available?
Yes. Cleaning during your stay and catering are available for an additional fee. Arrange either service directly with the property manager after move-in.
Is parking included?
Yes. The private garage accommodates two large vehicles. Nearby street and paid-lot parking are also available.
Is there an elevator?
Yes. Elevator access connects the garage level, the building’s front-door entry level, and the unit entry/main living level.
Can the upper office be used as a bedroom?
For longer stays, the upper office may be converted into a sleeping room by prior arrangement and approval before booking.
What types of stays are a good fit?
The residence is well suited for executive assignments, corporate housing, relocation, insurance-related temporary housing, and seasonal stays.
How close is the residence to downtown Duluth attractions?
The residence is located on the Duluth Town Green, within walking distance of downtown restaurants, shops, events, and entertainment.
Can I leave early and cancel the remainder of my stay?
Yes. If you choose to vacate early after occupancy begins, you must provide at least 14 days’ written notice. You will be charged for the greater of 14 days or the number of days remaining in your agreed stay, calculated using the currently posted half-month rate of $4,750 on a prorated daily basis, plus a $500 early termination fee.
